Yikes!!!! New breed of attempted polygamists, the white knights! Often, but not exclusively without any women in their lives at all, they wish to cast their lot towards women who they assume will be so desperate happy for any man to take them that they will accept Polygamy as a suitable alternative to being alone i.e, poor women, minorities, mail order brides etc. White Knights usually do not realise they are being ignorant, in fact they are offended by the suggestion that this is anything but wanting to care for women who might not ever be married otherwise.
But note the complete and utter assumption of power& privilege that these women should be glad of the patronage from the white knight, their own needs or desires become separate from his need to possess and save them from their environment. Some of them manage to get their poor, ethnic mail order bride and are then astounded when they find these women are not as controllable as they were expecting!
One new white knight (bless him, he thinks he is original) said he will tip his cap at black women because black men won’t marry them and of course, without him, they may not ever get a chance to marry. Not only is this a huge pile of steaming generalisations (which black women, where, what economic status and are all black men married to non black women??? Wow, I know a fair few black men that will be shocked to hear there Nubian Queens are actually anything but……) When I dismissed his claims for what they were (the mad ramblings of a desperate wannabe ‘Massa’) he was rather upset at my criticism and asked why can’t I see that he was on my side!!!!!????!!!! Totally not getting the irony of countering a claim of generalising a whole sex and gender by generalising a whole sex and gender…..good grief….. I have a better chance of winning the lottery than that man has of having a happy and healthy relationship with even one D&D free black woman!
